The KMS team is always happy to answer any questions you may have. If your question is not answered below, feel free to contact us.
So...how does this work?
First things first, we need to know all of the information possible about your event. Filling out our Service Request Form with as much information as possible is step one. The KMS team will review your request and reach out to you for any clarification needed, then we'll send a quote for the services requested straight to your inbox. Once we receive approval and/or a signed contract from you, we will book the perfect musician(s) for your event.
What are your rates?
We understand that not every client has the same budget. We work extremely hard to meet all of our clients' budget needs, while still paying our musicians a respectable rate for their time, talent, and professionalism.
Do I need to worry about tax documents for the musicians?
Not at all. KMS covers the handling of all appropriate tax documents, so you can check one more thing off of your list to worry about.
I loved my KMS musician! How do I hire them for my next event?
We know that you are going to be so impressed by our talented musicians. Hiring them for your next event is as simple as contacting us and letting us know. The KMS team is ecstatic to connect you with your favorite musicians for each of your upcoming events.
Can I request musicians not currently on the KMS roster?
Of course! We love adding quality musicians to our roster. We will handle any communication needed back and forth with the musician, and of course cover tax documents and the payment process.
What if I am unhappy with my musician or any KMS service?
While this is rare, we know that it can occur. KMS works very hard to hand select the right musician(s) for each client. As a referral based company, it is very important to us that clients are pleased with our services. If for any reason you are unhappy with one of our services or your musician's skill or professionalism, we ask that you please let us know. We will review any complaints and address them on a case by case basis.
